HOW TO ACCESS OUR GREATEST LIVE-STREAM TANGO with ALMA de TANGO

 

Dear Alma da Tango Members and Students

 

We have introduced an innovative way to deliver our classes for you to join now.  That means you can jump into our program starting  tomorrow  Saturday 11  April! 

 

* COST:

 

The class is absolutely FREE of charge for current paid members . To access the classroom you will need your ID or link (a different one for each class) so you can join via the Zoom application from any device. We will send you the meeting invitation before each class.

 

* CLASS PROGRAM (See also our Class Details Page)


2:15 PM, 1st class: Tango Technique  - Warm up and body conditioning work, walking technique, pivots, ochos and musicality.

 

3:45 PM, 2nd class: Tango Salón – Technique and figure development.

 

5:15 PM, 3rd class: Special Class (see detail here) – Technique and figure development.


* MODALITY: The class will be broadcasted via Zoom in 3  parts:

 

1st class 1 (one) hour, 

 

2nd and 3rd classes approximately 45 minutes teaching time.

 

Eventually the class may extend as necessary to a maximum of 60 minutes.

Thanks to the versatility of Zoom we can interact and we will be able to see each other demonstrations if required.

* HOW TO CONNECT:

​

Zoom ID: xxx-xxx-xxxx


When you start the Zoom application it will ask you for your ID, which is your classroom number.

​

Then you will see a box to enter it and a button that says join.

* IMPORTANT NOTES:


Make sure you place your camera in such a way that your whole body is seen so that we can provide feedback and corrections.

 

You may want to ask questions, so test your mic and camera devices before each class you attend. 

 

Classes can be recorded and eventually shared (partially only) in our social media.
